drink alot of water

Drinking a lot of plain water every day is something that I dont really do, I prefer to drink sweet and juicy water. But like or not by now I have to force myself to drink plain water every day at least 8 glasses a day. As we are aging our skin tends to reduce collagen, and started to get dry. The aging process causes the skin to sag because of lack of moisture. moisturizers do not do enough to prevent this sagging of the skin. Internal moisturizing is also important, and that is why drinking 8-10 glasses of water each and every day is highly recommended. Have enough sleep so that your face will look fresh and lively in the morning.

dont be afraid of getting old

Getting old and wrinkles are inevitable. this is a nature process of life. remember old is gold. dont be afraid. we cannot avoid wrinkles on our face, but we can minimise the wrinkles. as we age, the changes in our skin will eventually lead to wrinkles and fine lines. however, some people get wrinkles earlier than other. How to delay the wrinkles and fine lines, a litte of knowledge plus some special attention can go a long way. Make use of a sunscreen to provide your skin with protection from the burning rays of the sun.  malaysia is a hot climate, especially outing in the afternoon. Always use skincare like moisturisers and foundation that contain SPF, without SPF can cause pigmentation too.

this picture was taken this morning. make up without the concealer under the eyes. I hv been using mary kay Timewise eyecream, the wrinkles unnoticeable even when I smile and the dark circle faded. To me the cost not so prohibitive because just a little bit for every application, it lasts very long time. This is me at the age of 54+. just applied a thin of mary kay medium foundation, loose powder and a bit of blusher, eyeshadow and mascara. cannot overdo for the muture woman like me.

for the eyes - 
Make sure you curl your lashes as this brings a big change in the way you look. Use neutral shade of shimmer for more natural look. Use a judicious yet classy use of liner and mascara. Avoid wild colors, go for mild ranges. Prefer the blends of pink and gray, cream and brown  eye shadows. as for mascara, no need to apply below lashes. but sometimes I do.

Lips -

Muture women's lips must have startd getting a little dry by now. So the challenge before you is giving your lip, a fresh and young look, . you can also go for a lip primer to avoid feathering and keeping lipstick last longer. choose graceful shades of lipsticks. more than colors, pay attention to the moisture and fullness of your lips. Pink, Berry, Coral or Peach shades are good option. I am using Shell from mary kay

Blusher -

Blush advice varies. A peachy-pink color applied to the apples of the cheeks and swept up, can really brighten up eyes and give a flushed, youthful appearance. If possible try to get a creamy blusher, but I dont have, will try to get one later, as creamy blush will give more moisture to muture cheeks. I am using pink petal from Mary Kay.

foundation -

The best foundation for mature skin is one that contains mosturizer naturally. Mary Kay does a good cover which is oil free but contains moisturizers. it has a silky feel to it as well as flawless finished. I am using mary kay medium coverage foundation ivory 200.

Its amazing and awesome friends, no more dark circle and puffy eyes after using mary kay anti ageing eye cream just for one week. This picture was taken this morning and without the concealer to cover the dark circle. Imagine just one week, no more dark circle and wrinkle, if using for a longer time really can say bye bye to dark circle and wrinkle. I never felt so good about the skin around my eyes area. Its a just a small tube, I only have to apply a very small amount per application. I am so happy with the results.

Mary Kay Oil-Free Hydrating Gel (normal to oily skin

I have used this gel last night. after cleansed with 3-1 cleanser, applied  night solution and lastly hydrating gel. this morning woke up, I felt my skin very soft and supple, so happy because I can feel my face  fresh and rejuvenated. its a bit expensive but worth buying and you wont be disappointed and regret.
